Highlights from our 7333 auction include:
  • Australia Stamps: A varied selection including various "Kangaroos", Official O.S. perfins, Postage Dues,  B.C.O.F. (Japan) overprints, modern errors, imprint blocks and much more.
  • Burma Stamps: An exciting range features 1937 KGV overprinted set never hinged mint, Japanese Occupation issues including revenues, along with Officials, postal history etc.
  • Denmark Stamps: Big variety from a small country, as well as early classics, we have locals including Randers Bypost collection, various 'cinderellas', Newspaper stamps, Air Mail, Postage Dues, essays and postal history. A bit of everything!
  • Kenya, Uganda and Tanganyika Stamps: We have some big stamps from the KEVII period including 1903-04 10r grey and ultramarine used, from the KGV period including 1912-21 100r purple and black/red used, and many more impressive high values plus mint and used collections, revenues etc.
  • South Africa Stamps: A very interesting range featuring general and specialised collections including 1935 Silver Jubilee with mint varieties in blocks and pairs, 1952-60 Commemorative varieties, Konya proofs and essays, colour trials, along with a nice selection of bilingual pairs, Officials, Postage Dues, covers and more.
  • United States Stamps: Among our selection of early classics we have a fine example of the very rare 1863 24c blackish violet, plus 1867-68 "Grills", 1893 Colombian Exhibition with complete mint sets and Plate Proofs, Newspaper stamps etc.
  • Natal Stamps: An attractive selection of issues with 1857 embossed issues including 1d rose fine used, 1869 "Postage" overprints 1902 high values, 1908-09 high values including £1 purple and black/red fine mint, postal stationery etc.

  • Australian States Stamps: This sale features a fascinating range of South Australia Departmental stamps. The mainly used range features issues for Commissioner of Police (C.P.), Destitute Board (D.B.), Registrar-General (R.G.), Waterworks (W) etc., etc. plus items from other states including N.S.W. 1888 20s cobalt-blue "Captain Phillip & Lord Carrington" and many more.
  • Canada - Newfoundland Stamps: A varied selection that includes 1910 Pictorial definitive set with both "COLONIZATION" inscribed 6c mint, 1921 35c red Air Mail overprint pair showing two different overprint types, plus Oneglia forgeries, imperf proofs, postage dues etc.
  • Denmark: We have another interesting group of items with early classics, Parcel Post, Railway Locals, Air Mail, WWI P.O.W. covers, early postmarks, perfins, imperf essays and more.  
  • France and French colonies Stamps: The range features a big variety including imperf Napoleons, Napoleon colour trials, collections including 1862-76 Postmarks, P.O.s in China, and colonies from Algeria to Tunisia with millesimes, surcharge varieties, postage dues, as well as some fascinating postal history items.
  • Gibraltar Stamps: Our selection includes a superb 1925 £5 violet and black never hinged mint, a 1889-96 75c olive green in a mint block of 12, KEVII issues mint, a trio of 1950's to 2000's never hinged mint collection and an all-periods range of mint and used singles and sets.
