GREAT BRITAIN - POST OFFICE TRAINING STAMPS AND LABELS A substantial 1953-1996 fine mint or never hinged mint collection nicely presented in a boxed album, containing a range of Postal issues (with gum) obliterated with either one or two black bars, and with many of these never hinged mint. The collection includes Wilding types with all values to 1s6d, a big range of decimal Machin types to (small) £1 and (large) £2, Castle high values to £5, plus labels incl "New Format Decimal Conversion" types with 2p green x100, 2½p pink x100, 3p blue x100, 3½p olive x10, and 4p brown x100 (these all in two large multiples of 45 stamps and two blocks of 10), plus many Coil "Poached Egg" type labels with over 2,500 of these, mostly in strips of 100 plus coil leaders, coil tails, vertical and horizontal delivery examples, etc. Includes an information guide to the Post Office Training Stamps. IN OUR MAIL BID SALES (Sandafayre, Hunters, Kwik-Bid and Express)  You can bid directly from each lot, simply add your maximum bid into the “Bid” field and decide if you want to add a bid boost percentage in case you are being beaten and then click “Place Bid”. IN OUR PUBLIC AUCTION (Cheshire Stamp Auctions, once every 3 months) you can leave bids for our auctioneer to manage on your behalf (traditionally called “Commissions Bids”) by bidding from this website up to 30 minutes before the public auction begins (please remember, our buyers premium is 20% which is higher than in our Mail Bid Sales). You can also watch the auction and bid live online from our bidding platform which goes live 30 minutes before the auction but please make sure you are registered and logged in. After 30 minutes before the auction the option to make bids will be suspended and instead you will be enabled to view the live auction and bid if you wish. It doesn't take 5 minutes to get registered with us, just go to the "My Account" link at the top of the screen > "Sign in / Register" > "Create My Account". Unlike most auctions we do not charge any additional fee for online bidding.

Remember in a fast- moving public auction it will not be possible for us to manage your total spending limit or other complex instructions so we would recommend bidding live yourself or discussing instructions with your auction agent.
