.GENERAL SECTION - BRITISH WEST INDIES THE WINDWARD ISLANDS, a neat accumulation from the home of a careful collector, housed in an album, mostly mint stamps (unless stated otherwise), we see a strong range of BARBADOS with useful Britannia used issues, 1897-8 2½d, 8d & 10d, 1925-35 to 3s, 1938-47 to 2s6d with shades & perfs, 1953-61 defins sets both mint & used, 1965 / 1966-9 defins to $5, later ranges mostly used to 2000,  DOMINICA with small group of early issues, then KGVI basic issues complete, QEII 1953 defins to 1968 Associated Statehood ovpts almost complete, plus a comprehensive range of sets & miniature sheets to 1978, GRENADA useful QV to KGV range with mint values to 1s plus some used, then KGVI basic issues complete plus QEII range to 1970s & some Grenadines issues, ST LUCIA with useful M&U ranges to KGV, KGVI almost complete mint plus 1953-63 QEII defins set plus some later, ST VINCENT mostly used range of QV, KEVII & KGV to 1s values mint, KGVI basic issues complete plus small range of QEII incl. 1955-63 defins set. Good looking, chiefly all different  accumulation (estimate over 1800 stamps + 50 MS).

IN OUR PUBLIC AUCTION (Cheshire Stamp Auctions, once every 3 months) you can leave bids for our auctioneer to manage on your behalf (traditionally called “Commissions Bids”) by bidding from this website up to 30 minutes before the public auction begins (please remember, our buyers premium is 20% which is higher than in our Mail Bid Sales). You can also watch the auction and bid live online from our bidding platform which goes live 30 minutes before the auction but please make sure you are registered and logged in. After 30 minutes before the auction the option to make bids will be suspended and instead you will be enabled to view the live auction and bid if you wish. It doesn't take 5 minutes to get registered with us, just go to the "My Account" link at the top of the screen > "Sign in / Register" > "Create My Account". Unlike most auctions we do not charge any additional fee for online bidding.

Remember in a fast- moving public auction it will not be possible for us to manage your total spending limit or other complex instructions so we would recommend bidding live yourself or discussing instructions with your auction agent.
