IN OUR PUBLIC AUCTION (Cheshire Stamp Auctions, once every 3 months) you can leave bids for our auctioneer to manage on your behalf (traditionally called “Commissions Bids”) by bidding from this website up to 30 minutes before the public auction begins (please remember, our buyers premium is 20% which is higher than in our Mail Bid Sales). You can also watch the auction and bid live online from our bidding platform which goes live 30 minutes before the auction but please make sure you are registered and logged in. After 30 minutes before the auction the option to make bids will be suspended and instead you will be enabled to view the live auction and bid if you wish. It doesn't take 5 minutes to get registered with us, just go to the "My Account" link at the top of the screen > "Sign in / Register" > "Create My Account". Unlike most auctions we do not charge any additional fee for online bidding.

  • Italian States - Naples: Scarce offering of Postal Forgeries as listed by the Sassone catalogue including the rare 10gr Type I forgery, Sassone F3, Cat €27,000.
  • Kingdom Of Italy: Superb collection of early Victor Emanuel II issues with rare First issue imperfs and proofs including a fabulous group of Matraire proofs.
  • Malta: Extensive collection featuring both the rare 10s "Shipwreck" stamps, lots 6919 and 6924.
