SINGAPORE - 1949 10c purple UPU with 'C' OF 'CA' ALMOST COMPLETELY MISSING FROM THE WATERMARK variety, SG 33 var, used. Only the lower loop of 'C' is present. Similar variety 'A' almost completely missing is mentioned in a note after Gibraltar SG 139. Very rare.
