Includes the 1903 CA Wmk set mint, Specimen overprinted range with most values to 2r25 mint (set less 3c), 1903 surcharged set mint, Specimen surcharged set mint, 'Ultramar' handstamped 3c on 15c Specimen opt'd, plus 1903 CA Wmk set used plus 15c blue (SG 50) on a cover to Brussels, 1903 surcharged set used, 1906 MCA Wmk set mint plus 2c & 12c control singles, 30c control corner block of 4, set used (less 45c), a 45c used on cover to USA & a post card to Germany bearing 2c & 3c x2 of each. An interesting collection, condition is fine for the mint issues & mostly good to fine for the used issues. (70+ stamps & 3 covers/cards)
