IRAQ - HABBANIYA SIEGE PROVISIONAL 1941 10f violet and red imperf on laid paper, very fine unused no gum as issued with light vertical crease. These local stamps were produced during the siege of Habbaniya, the Arabic inscription reads 'El-Habbaniya / Postage Paid'.
