GAMBIA - 1880 - 1881 used selection which comprises of the wmk sideways 1d maroon (short perfs down right side, hint of a purple mark), 2d rose (with backing paper), 4d brown, 6d deep blue (short perfs) and 6d blue: wmk upright ½d (thin), 3d bright ultramarine, 3d pale dull ultramarine, 4d pale brown, 6d deep blue, 6d blue and 1s deep green (slight bend) (12 stamps).
