SOUTH AFRICA -COLS & REPS - ORANGE RIVER COLONY 1908 registered cover addressed to Holland (address overwritten), bearing ½d green KEVII and 6d on 6d carmine 'V.R.I.' overprint with raised and level stops mixed variety, SG 119a, both tied by 'Rouxville' cds cancel, with a registration label alongside and three transit marks on reverse. Very rare variety on cover.
