.GENERAL SECTION - MESSY WORLD SORTER WITH POTENTIAL. 1840s- MODERN DAY mixed mint, nhm & used world ranges in stock books & on pages. Unchecked in detail, but on the surface we see an interesting, but messy assembly that includes a stock book of QV used Commonwealth with India & States, Ceylon, New Zealand "Chalon" to 1s, Australia States to different 5s, a KGV to QEII Australia used accumulation on pages, France 1920s-40s used ranges on stock pages, a bulging stock book filled with a largely unknown mass with multiples, much commonwealth and much obscured by sheer mass of stamps, a stock book with much GB from 1841 1d red & later QV to 2s, Commonwealth overprinted ranges inc mint blocks of 4, strips & values to KEVII 12pi on 2s6d used, stock book of extensive Germany inc Germania, inflation period, Occupation & post War ranges, pages of China mostly nhm, all nhm Qatar (1970s & 80's & 1985 Montserrat Xmas set (nhm Specimen/gutters/imperfs). Much left unseen, still to discover (guess 6000+ stamps)

IN OUR MAIL BID SALES (Sandafayre, Hunters, Kwik-Bid and Express)  You can bid directly from each lot, simply add your maximum bid into the “Bid” field and decide if you want to add a bid boost percentage in case you are being beaten and then click “Place Bid”. IN OUR PUBLIC AUCTION (Cheshire Stamp Auctions, once every 3 months) you can leave bids for our auctioneer to manage on your behalf (traditionally called “Commissions Bids”) by bidding from this website up to 30 minutes before the public auction begins (please remember, our buyers premium is 25% which is higher than in our Mail Bid Sales). You can also watch the auction and bid live online from our bidding platform which goes live 30 minutes before the auction but please make sure you are registered and logged in. After 30 minutes before the auction the option to make bids will be suspended and instead you will be enabled to view the live auction and bid if you wish. It doesn't take 5 minutes to get registered with us, just go to the "My Account" link at the top of the screen > "Sign in / Register" > "Create My Account". Unlike most auctions we do not charge any additional fee for online bidding.

Remember in a fast- moving public auction it will not be possible for us to manage your total spending limit or other complex instructions so we would recommend bidding live yourself or discussing instructions with your auction agent. We also do not offer a telephone bidding service in the auction room.
