INDIA - 1974-83 SPECTACULAR PRINTING ERROR 15p blackish brown Tiger Definitive, SG 730, never hinged mint block of 20 (2x10 - two rows with margins both sides) showing four stamps with about half of the print omitted and double vert perforation between caused by pre-print paper fold. Very fresh, a great display item. (20 stamps)
