MALAYA-STRAITS SETT. - 1882 RARE POSTMARK 8c orange watermark Crown CA, SG 52, very fine used showing partial 'NEBONG TABAL' Crown cancel due to the Postmaster losing the official oblitorator in 1894, being scared to report this he had this replacement made at his own expense twice as the first one had the town mis-spelt. A wonderful philatelic tale for this scarce item.
