The 1946 Victory omnibus issue only has a handful of major varieties, largely on the standard Crown Colonies design.
Hong Kong had their own stamp design featuring a Phoenix, and a major flaw occurs on both the 30c and $1 values at position R1/2. It comprises a horizontal line through the lower left Chinese character in the left hand shield, known as the 'Extra Stroke' variety, or in some catalogues it is the coloured line flaw.
Positional blocks can also be found without the variety, presumably from early or later corrected printings
