About shipping

Shipping methods cannot be determined until the value, weight and destination of packages has been established. Lots are packed by our dedicated mail room staff, using brand new, professional packaging materials to ensure safe carriage. Full insurance is provided.

Some lots, usually heavier or more expensive items, must be sent by courier rather than through the local postal authorities. This can be more expensive, however we always strive to ship lots by the most economical means possible. Indeed, the discounts that we receive from our courier company are passed directly onto our clients.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method, but as a guideline use the table below. No lots will be sent out until full payment is received.
