Netscape security bug

Users of Netscape should note that browsers up to and including versions 4.03 will experience an error message when entering secure sites. Once users are past this dialog box, security is NOT affected and browsers will connect securely to the site as normal. This is a year 2000 problem with Netscape, and it is recommended to upgrade to a later version of Netscape.
