Log In
You'll be asked to log in when you try to access certain pages on our site, generally these are the "secure" pages like Account Details and Bids. Simply enter the User ID and Password you set at registration.

If you forget your ID or password , don't panic - help is at hand! On the Log In screen, simply enter your email address and your mothers maiden name. We'll then check these details against those you registered, and if they match we'll send you an email reminding you of your ID and Password.

Occasionally we de-activate accounts. This is usually because of duplicate registrations (if you register more than once, we de-activate the duplicate registrations and leave you with just one valid account).

To find out which is your valid ID/Password, enter your details in the Forgotten these details? section on the Log In screen, and if the details match you'll be sent an email reminding you of the ID and password you should be using.
