Account Details
When you register, you provide us with certain details; we keep these details on file for us and you to view. Your details are kept confidential by law; and are not revealed to third parties or passed on for any other purposes. All your details are held on our secure server.

You can view your details via the Account Details screen. Simply click the link on the toolbar of any of the auction pages (you'll have to enter your log in details to gain access to this screen). It is important to ensure that your details are up to date and accurate as these are the details we use for invoicing and shipping (if you wish to specify an alternative delivery address you can do so on the bid form).

You can update any details you like, contact information, User ID and password. You can change your default credit card, or enter a card if you didn't do so at registration.

To update your details, simply make the changes you want and click the Submit Changes button at the bottom of the page. When your details have been successfully updated, you will immediately go on to a screen displaying the message "Thank you, your details have been updated". If you do not see this screen then your update has not been successful (a message will be displayed and any incorrect fields will be highlighted).
