A note
about "cookies"
Our web site, like many others, relies upon cookies to make it
work properly. A cookie is a small text file that we store on your computers
hard disk when you visit our web site - it enables us to remember certain
details about you which we need to ensure our site works properly for
you. For example, which lots you've added to your shopping basket.
Cookies contain information about you and your preferences. Only the information
that you provide, or the choices you make while visiting a web site, can
be stored in a cookie. For example, the site cannot determine your e-mail
address by using a cookie! Allowing a web site to create a cookie does
not give that or any other site access to the rest of your computer, and
only the site that created the cookie can read it.
If you are experiencing problems with our site (for example,
you can't add lots to your shopping basket) the most likely reason for
this is that you have cookies disabled in your web Browser.
To ensure cookies are enabled on your computer, follow the steps below:-
Internet Explorer users
1. On the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Select the Internet zone and click the Custom Level button
(for more information about Zones, see the Help section of Microsoft's

4. Scroll down the Settings list until you reach the Cookies options.
5. Ensure the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
and the "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" are both set
to Enable.
6. Click OK, and OK again to close the Internet Options
dialog.
Netscape users
1. On the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
2. In the left hand panel, click the Advanced category
3. In the Cookies panel, select the "Accept all cookies" option.
4. Click OK
