Why can't I see current bid information?

Unlike many Internet auctions where you can follow the bidding on lots, all our auctions are private and the current bid status of lots is not shown, and individual bidders are not revealed. Because our auctions also cater for our mail-bid clients, it would be unfair to these bidders if we displayed this information on our web site.

How do I update my account details?

It's very important to ensure that your details are kept up to date and accurate - as these details are used for invoicing and delivery and e-mail notification of your success in the auction. To update your details, simply click on the Account Details link on the top toolbar (of any of the auction pages), make the necessary amendments and click the Submit Changes button. You'll know that the update was successful as you'll immediately go on to a screen displaying the message "Thank you, your details have been updated".

I've forgotten my User ID/Password, what now?

If you forget your User ID and/or password, don't worry - help is at hand! On the Login screen (you can access this screen by clicking the Bids or Account Details links), enter your e-mail address and mothers maiden name (as entered at registration) and we'll send you an e-mail reminding you of your login details.

How do I know if my bids were successful?

Once the auction has closed, and invoicing has been carried out, we'll send all web bidders an e-mail If you were successful with bids in the auction, you'll receive an e-mail invoice, if not you'll receive a simple message. These e-mail are usually sent out on the Wednesday afternoon, but you're always welcome to call in beforehand to find out if you were successful (any time after about 10am Wednesday morning).
