Our Guarantee

All the items we sell are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Our guarantee is very simple:

1. We guarantee the honesty of our descriptions

2. We guarantee the accuracy of our valuations

3. We guarantee the satisfaction of our buyers

If you're not happy- send it back! It's as simple as that. You'll receive a full refund of the item price and - on all our auction lots - the buyers premium. See below for instructions on how to send an item back.

To return an item to us...
Please give a reason for the return - if possible include a short note with the package. A full refund will only be given if the lot in question is returned in "as originally despatched" condition and presentation to our office in Knutsford within 7 days of receipt. We would appreciate it if you emailed or telephoned us first.

If you are returning a lot from overseas, the lot must be returned by 1st class air or carrier and have "PURCHASE RETURN/VALUE £" clearly marked on the outside of the package together with V.A.T. NO. 696233212. We would appreciate it if you emailed or telephoned us first.
