To return an item to us...
Please give a reason for the return - if possible include a short note with the package. A full refund will only be given if the lot in question is returned in "as originally despatched" condition and presentation to our office in Knutsford within 7 days of receipt. We would appreciate it if you emailed or telephoned us first.

If you are returning a lot from overseas, the lot must be returned by 1st class air or carrier and have "PURCHASE RETURN/VALUE £" clearly marked on the outside of the package together with V.A.T. NO. 696233212. We would appreciate it if you emailed or telephoned us first.
