FIRST STAMPS REISSUED 3 October 1990. CURRENCY 100 pfennigs = 1 Mark. From 1990 Germany has taken its place within the European Union and has continued to issue stamps for the whole of the new territory. Berlin is again to become the Capital and the final moves of the Government from Bonn are scheduled for completion in the year 2000.
